Our commitment
We aim to handle personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently. We collect only what is relevant, use it for clear purposes, keep it accurate, retain it no longer than necessary and apply proportionate safeguards.
How we protect information
- Access is limited to people and trusted suppliers who need the information for their work.
- Accounts and devices are protected using appropriate authentication and security controls.
- Project information is shared through suitable systems and only with authorised collaborators.
- We review what we hold and remove information when it is no longer required.
- We assess and respond to suspected data incidents, including notifying affected people or the regulator where legally required.
Photography and film production
Productions can involve personal information in call sheets, releases, interviews, recordings and images. We plan how this material will be collected, used, shared and retained according to the project, the agreed purpose and applicable law. Clients remain responsible for identifying any instructions, permissions or special requirements that form part of their brief.
Suppliers and collaborators
Where another organisation processes personal information for us, we select providers appropriate to the work and put suitable instructions or contractual safeguards in place. Freelancers and production partners receive only the access reasonably required for their role.

To ask about information we hold, exercise a data-protection right or report a concern, email info@parnellmedia.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. For a fuller explanation of the information we collect and the legal bases we use, read our Privacy Policy.
