Information we collect
We may collect your name, organisation, job title, email address, telephone number, project details, correspondence, billing information and any other information you choose to give us. Our website and hosting providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser type, device information and request logs.
How and why we use it
- To answer enquiries and take steps towards a contract.
- To plan, deliver and administer client projects and meet our contractual obligations.
- To manage invoices, records, suppliers and legal obligations.
- To protect our website, business and users, and pursue our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business.
- To send marketing where you have consented or where the law otherwise permits it. You can opt out at any time.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights and only process information where those interests are not overridden.
Who we share it with
We may share information with trusted providers that support website hosting, email, cloud storage, accounting, project delivery and professional advice. We may also share it with production collaborators where needed for your project, or with authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we use an appropriate legal safeguard required by UK data-protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected. Enquiries that do not become projects are normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months of the last meaningful contact. Client, supplier and transaction records may be retained for longer where needed to manage the relationship, establish or defend legal claims, or meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
Cookies and external media
We do not currently use advertising or audience-measurement cookies on this website. Essential technologies may be used by our hosting service to provide security, access and core functionality.
YouTube content is not loaded until you choose to play it. At that point, YouTube may receive technical information and store or access information on your device under its own privacy terms. Following a social-media link takes you to that platform, where its own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to certain processing; receive portable data; and withdraw consent. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Please contact us first if you can, so we have the opportunity to help.

We review this notice when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page.
